Return and Refund Policy

At Art & Craft with Pratima, we take immense pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our handmade products and fine art. Since many of our items are custom-made or handcrafted, we have established the following guidelines for returns and refunds.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Damaged or Wrong Items: Returns are only accepted if the product arrives damaged during transit or if you receive the wrong item.
  • Timeframe: You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for a return or exchange.
  • Condition: The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged due to their nature:

  • Custom/Commissioned Art: Any custom portraits (e.g., A3 Size), personalized paintings, or bespoke decor made specifically for you.
  • Hygiene-related Items: Used bedsheets, cushion covers, or other lifestyle fabrics.
  • Digital Products/Workshops: Fees for institutional classes or digital workshops are non-refundable once the session has commenced.

3. The Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at contactus@artcraftwithpratima.com or WhatsApp us at +91-9687607423.
  2. Provide your Order Number and a clear unboxing video/photo showing the damage or the incorrect item.
  3. Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to ship the item back to us or arrange a pickup (if applicable in your area).

4. Refunds

  • Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email/SMS regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 working days.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contactus@artcraftwithpratima.com. Please note that since items are handmade, an exact 100% replica may not be possible, but we will provide the closest match.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Standard Products: Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement.
  • Custom Art: Once work has begun on a commissioned piece or a custom painting, the order cannot be cancelled.
