Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Art & Craft with Pratima. Every piece we create is a labor of love, crafted with precision in our studio in Ankleshwar. Below are the details regarding our shipping process.

1. Order Processing & Crafting Time

Because many of our products are handmade or made-to-order, delivery times are split into Processing Time and Transit Time.

  • Ready-to-Ship Products: (e.g., printed mugs, standard cushion covers) Dispatched within 2–3 business days.
  • Hand-Painted/Hand-Block Products: (e.g., Hand-painted bedsheets, sarees) Require 5–7 business days for preparation and drying.
  • Custom/Fine Art: (e.g., Tanjore paintings, A3 Size portraits) These require significant artistic labor.
    • Tanjore Paintings: 15–25 business days (depending on complexity).
    • Custom Portraits: 10–15 business days.
    • We will provide a specific timeline at the time of order confirmation.

2. Shipping Rates

  • Domestic (India): * Prepaid Orders: We offer Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹1,999. For orders below this, a flat fee of ₹99 applies.
    • Cash on Delivery (COD): A non-refundable convenience fee of ₹150 applies to all COD orders.
  • International: Shipping charges for international orders are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the package and the destination country.

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines (Post-Dispatch)

Once your order is handed over to our courier partners (e.g., BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC), the estimated arrival times are:

  • Within Gujarat: 2–3 business days.
  • Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, etc.): 3–5 business days.
  • Rest of India: 5–8 business days.
  • International: 10–20 business days (subject to customs clearance).

4. Secure Packaging for Fine Art

We take extraordinary care in packaging.

  • Paintings: Securely packed in multi-layered bubble wrap and placed in reinforced corrugated boxes or wooden crates (for large Tanjore works) to prevent damage.
  • Lifestyle Products: Packed in weather-proof packaging to ensure they reach you clean and dry.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and/or WhatsApp notification with a Tracking Number and a link to track your shipment in real-time.

6. Address Accuracy & Non-Delivery

  • Please ensure the shipping address and contact number are 100% accurate.
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or the customer’s unavailability after 3 attempts, a re-shipping fee will be charged to send the package again.

7. Customs and Duties (International)

For international orders, any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. Art & Craft with Pratima has no control over these charges.
