2. Institutional Services (Fine Art Classes)
Enrollment: Registration for classes is subject to availability and the payment of prescribed fees.
Attendance: For offline courses, students are expected to adhere to the schedule. No refunds will be provided for missed sessions unless specified by the institution.
Curriculum: The institution reserves the right to modify course content, schedules, or instructors to maintain educational standards.
Code of Conduct: Students must maintain decorum. The institution reserves the right to terminate the enrollment of any student displaying inappropriate behavior without a refund.
3. E-commerce & Product Sales
Handmade Nature: Many of our products (Hand-painted bedsheets, Tanjore paintings, handcrafted cushion covers) are handmade. Minor variations in color, texture, and design are inherent to the art and do not constitute defects.
Pricing: All prices are listed in INR (Indian Rupees) unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
Orders: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to product unavailability or errors in pricing/product descriptions.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Products are shipped from our facility in Ankleshwar/Bharuch, Gujarat.
Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines only. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services or customs for international orders.
Any damage during transit must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photos/videos.
5. Returns and Refunds
Non-Returnable Items: Custom-commissioned artworks (e.g., A3 Size portraits or custom paintings) and used lifestyle items (e.g., bedsheets) are generally non-returnable.
Eligibility: Returns are only accepted for damaged or incorrect items.
Refund Process: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 working days.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images of paintings, logo designs, and course materials, is the exclusive property of Art & Craft with Pratima.
Restricted Use: You may not reproduce, redistribute, or sell any artwork or instructional content found on this site without express written permission from Pratima Chaudhary.
7. Limitation of Liability
Art & Craft with Pratima shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or participation in our courses.
While we strive for 100% accuracy, we do not warrant that product descriptions or website content are error-free.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bharuch/Ankleshwar, Gujarat.
